Common Tracking Questions
My tracking number isn't showing updates yet.
Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation is sent. Please check back after that window.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package.
Check around your property and with neighbors first. If it’s still missing after 2 business days, email us at support@buypaktra.com and we’ll investigate.
I never received a shipping confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at support@buypaktra.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
