Shipping Policy
At PAKTRA, we believe getting your order should be simple — and that includes shipping. All orders ship free, worldwide. No minimums, no exceptions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@buypaktra.com.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. PAKTRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@buypaktra.com — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Lost packages: We will work with the carrier to investigate and will reship or issue a refund if confirmed lost.
- Stolen packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us.
- Damaged packages: Email photos of the damage to support@buypaktra.com with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may have already been packed or shipped. Please email support@buypaktra.com immediately with your order number.
