How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select your preferred option, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at support@buypaktra.com with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. After 24 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, it's possible the email address entered at checkout was incorrect. Contact us at support@buypaktra.com with your name and the approximate order date and we'll look it up for you.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes! For bulk or wholesale inquiries, please email us at support@buypaktra.com with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry" and we'll get back to you with pricing and availability.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited and express options are available at checkout. International orders may take 10–21 business days. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying US orders. The free shipping threshold will be shown at checkout. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Available destinations will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use that number on the carrier's website to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive my package. What do I do?
First, check around your property and with neighbors. Also check with your local post office. If your package is still missing after 2 business days, contact us at support@buypaktra.com and we'll help investigate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@buypaktra.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@buypaktra.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We apologize for the mix-up! Contact us at support@buypaktra.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll send the correct item right away.
